Private Label Production and Apparel Progams

Many customers call to inquire about private label apparel. In our factory cancellation business we always put our label on existing garments (private labeling commodity garments) while others want to have their own "private label" sewn in during manufacturing. We will provide either service. For customers who want products that are not commonly found due to shape, structure or fabric type we offer a full package custom apparel and sweater manufacturing to customer specifications with private labeling, marketing and packaging. Custom apparel and sweater manufacturing is typically more creative and rewarding.

When there are large volumes and replenishment programs it is beneficial to work with a well capitalized company with outstanding manufacturing partners who own Wal Mart and JC Penney approved factories. We will finance all costs of developing specs, sourcing the fabrics and making the samples. We deliver!

Our 45 years in branded production experience does provide a value added opportunity for your business to reach the mass market with a competitively priced original designed garment.

Communication, outstanding quality, on time deliveries, and financing are all a part of what makes our team outstanding in the world market place.

Cotton prices keep rising!

A recent announcement from India states that the 5.5million bales allocated for export for all of 2011 have been booked and registered in the first 10 days of release. Heavy booking from China subsequent to the Chinese holidays combined with domestic demand are forcing prices ever higher. Current cotton pricing is nearing $1.20 a pound (bear in mind that a year ago it was at $.55 a pound). Fears in India are of limited to no availability of cotton fiber for their domestic market in the first quarter. This bodes poorly for our market, as exported fiber and yarns from the major producing countries are diverted to their own markets or bid up in the Asian market. Forecasts for domestic pricing are an additional increase of 20-30% by January. We have experienced increases of nearly 10% in just the past three weeks!

Conversations with many knowledgeable business leaders indicate the first quarter of 2011 will bring us delayed deliveries and shortfalls. Availability will be an issue. We strongly urge our customers to consider bulking up inventories by December to avoid any dramatic delays. We realize this will mean additional investment , but better to have the goods on the floor than to be unable to meet deliveries. Anticipate an additional 3-4 weeks of lead time for orders placed on custom goods after January, and plan accordingly.

Serving a bigger purpose than self in business.

"We must dare to think "unthinkable" thoughts. We must learn to explore all the options and possibilities that confront us in a complex and rapidly changing world."
– James William Fulbright

Gas prices will hit 4 to 5 dollars a gallon...cotton prices are at an all time high and will keep rising.....How will the people that are unemployed, upside down on their homes, struggling to put food on their tables actually be able to afford the rising costs of goods and freight services?

Someone must help bring affordable, outstanding apparel to these people. Affordable clothing......this is my outcome....if we can bring affordable apparel, not cheaply made apparel, to the mass market that the buyers can buy for less than the costs of manufacturing the goods themselves..isn't that a compelling enough reason to get involved? Why would you not want to at least see what we are offering. If my purpose is to serve a bigger purpose than self in business by dressing thousands of people with well constructed, great fitting, outstanding fabrics and trendy fashion, at a cost to the retailer lower than the costs to manufacture these goods...and passing the savings forward to a people who are struggling...well then, I surely can not be too presumptuous. This February, I am representing a company at The Off Price Show in Las Vegas whose purpose is just that!

I wish to create the possibility of reaching out to buyers that may have never entertained the thought of visiting The Off Price Show to please make time in their schedule at Magic to visit our Salon 2933 at the Sands Convention Center. The show is outstanding, The Sands Convention Center is perfect, come have lunch, the food is great! Walk around, there is so much to offer from factories and jobbers from all over the world....."Be the change you wish to see." Off Price will change how the world dresses....Dare to think unthinkable thoughts in a changing world.

Sluggish Sales Mean Business for Off-Price Stores

Off-Price Stores Appeal to Anyone Searching for a Bargain
By Donna L Montaldo, About.com Guide

Typically, when merchandise does not sell quickly enough in department stores and specialty chain stores, the excess merchandise is shipped to the outlet divisions or sold to off-price stores such as TJMax. This allows for outlets and off-price stores to immediately set prices that offer substantial savings to shoppers.

The Best Time to Shop Off-Price Stores
The flow of goods into off-price stores can be sporadic. Bargain hunters shop the stores regularly, knowing at any given day the stock levels can go from weak to dynamic. They also know that the hot trendy styles and the popular name-brand items sell out quickly.

Off-price retailers generally offer:

•Name brand products.

•Department stores over-runs, seconds, or previous season's merchandise.

•Product ay includes clothing for men, women and children, shoes, accessories, grooming products, perfume, toys, housewares, linens, and small appliances.

•The stores are often located in strip centers and power centres.

•T.J. Maxx

•Ross Stores
